Galaxy S23 FE, Tab S9 One UI 6.1.1 Update Rolling Out in More Countries

After a delayed start to the One UI 6.1.1 rollout, Samsung seems to be switching gears to wrap it up quickly. Although the One UI 6.1.1 distribution for most Galaxy devices went live last week, it was only limited to Korea. But now, the update has gone live in many other regions for all those Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 series.

Galaxy S23 FE users in India can now install the much-awaited One UI 6.1.1 update, which is packed with AI goodness. It’s rolling out in the country with firmware version S711BXXU4DXH7 and a 2.5GB download size.

The Galaxy Tab S9 trio β€” the Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9+, and Tab S9 Ultra β€” is also getting exciting new features and improvements with the One UI 6.1.1 update in Europe. The update is already available in Korea and is now making its way to the rest of the world, starting with India and Europe.

The One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy Tab S9 series is rolling out in Europe and India with the firmware version X916BXXU4BXHB. It should expand to more and more regions over the coming days and weeks.

What’s New in One UI 6.1.1?

The update brings new Galaxy AI features, such as Sketch to Image, Composer, Portrait Studio, and a new listening mode for Interpreter. It also lets you save the instantly slowed portion of a video as a separate clip.

With One UI 6.1.1, you can transcribe, translate, and summarize voice notes in the Samsung Notes app and use the Live Translate feature in Google Meet and WhatsApp. The Galaxy AI now offers quick responses for messages received on the cover screen of Galaxy Z Flip phones.
