The Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra are now getting the awaited One UI 6.1.1 update in many countries, including India, Europe, Iraq, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia. The latest software comes with the firmware version S91xBXXU6CXH7.
One UI 6.1.1 is a major upgrade. Before you can use those exciting AI features, you’ll need to download a bulky software package of around 2.8GB. The update doesn’t come with the September 2024 security patch, though. So, there’ll be another update to install the latest security patch.
If you still haven’t got an update notification, go to Settings > Software updates and hit the Download and install button to check for the latest updates.
The One UI 6.1.1 update is packed with AI features, such as Sketch to Image, Composer, Portrait Studio, Sound search, a Listening mode for Interpreter, and voice translation during calls in third-party apps. You can read more about One UI 6.1.1 features here.
