Galaxy S24 gets the fourth One UI 7 beta update

Samsung, as promised, has released the fourth One UI 7 beta for the Galaxy S24 series. The update has started rolling out in India and South Korea, and should expand to other markets where the One UI 7 beta program is available. The latest brings AI filters for the camera app, and loads of fixes.

The One UI 7 beta 4 for the Galaxy S24 series comes with the firmware version S92xBXXU4ZYBA (in India) and S921NKSU5ZYBA (in South Korea) as noted by Sammobile. The update has a download size of around 1.4GB. Ensure you have a stable internet connection before hitting the download button.

Here’s what’s new in One UI beta 4 for Galaxy S24 series:

  • Add AI Filter in Camera
  • Add Samsung Log in Camera (S24 Ultra)
  • Fix UI error of lock screen and AOD
  • Fix quick panel Ul error
  • Fix grouping alarm error
  • Fix the problem of stuttering when releasing fingerprint
  • Fix the problem of disappearing the top bar from the home screen
  • Modify the animation that was unnatural when opening and closing the app recently
  • Fix the problem that there is a gap in the status bar after installing Goodlock QuickStar
  • Many other improvements

This might not be the final One UI 7 beta for the Galaxy S25 series. Recent leaks suggest Samsung might release two more betas before rolling out the stable update. If leaks are anything to go by, there will be another beta update next month and one more in April.

While Samsung hasn’t revealed the exact One UI 7 release date for Galaxy S24 and other models, it has announced last month that Galaxy S series phones will get the stable update in the first quarter. However, this rollout plan seems to have been impacted because of slow bug fixing.
