Samsung is testing the patience of its beloved Galaxy users more than ever with the prolonged wait for the One UI 7.0 beta testing. The Korean tech giant hasn’t even released the first beta to any of its devices, while its Chinese competitors are busy distributing stable Android 15 updates. Now, we may finally have some details about the One UI 7.0 beta release timeline.

According to the latest leak (by @FamilyTaes), the One UI 7 beta will kick off in the first week of December, and it’ll be none other than the Galaxy S24 series getting the first bite. The Galaxy S23 series will join the beta party 2-3 weeks later. It’s unclear if the Galaxy S22 series will get the One UI 7.0 beta this year, while the Galaxy S21 series might not be a part of the beta program.
It’s worth noting that the list of devices in the leak isn’t comprehensive, as more Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, should get One UI 7.0 beta. Samsung will inform us about those eligible devices as soon as the One UI 7 beta program kicks off.
The One UI 7.0 beta program will run for around two months, with the final stable build set to be released alongside the Galaxy S25 family sometime in February.
