One UI 7 release timeline leaked: here’s when you will get it

Galaxy fans are disappointed over Samsung massively delaying the One UI 7 stable rollout. The brand also hasn’t clearly communicated regarding the delay, which has left users cluelessly waiting for the update without a release date. Finally, we have some details about the release timeline, which reveals when our Galaxy devices will get this major upgrade.

Twitter/X user Buliga Cristian (@BuligaDavidCri1) has shared screenshots revealing the One UI 7 rollout timeline. According to him, this information was presented by Samsung Romania during a Zoom workshop for the Galaxy S25 series. Apparently, the information arrived from Samsung Korea.

Here’s the leaked One UI 7 release timeline:

Galaxy S series

  • Galaxy S24/S24+/S24 Ultra: April 18
  • Galaxy S24 FE: April 18
  • Galaxy S23/S23+/S23 Ultra: April 25
  • Galaxy S23 FE: May 16
  • Galaxy S22/S22+/S22 Ultra: May 16
  • Galaxy S21/S21+/S21 Ultra: May 23
  • Galaxy S21 FE: May 23

Galaxy Z series

  • Galaxy Z Fold 6: April 18
  • Galaxy Z Fold 5: April 25
  • Galaxy Z Fold 4: May 16
  • Galaxy Z Fold 3: May 23
  • Galaxy Z Flip 6: April 18
  • Galaxy Z Flip 5: April 25
  • Galaxy Z Flip 4: May 16
  • Galaxy Z Flip 3: May 23

Galaxy A series

  • Galaxy A54: April 25
  • Galaxy A53: May 23
  • Galaxy A34: May 16
  • Galaxy A33: May 23

This is not an official list. However, the timeline seems to be in line with recent leaks, but I still recommend taking the information with a pinch of salt.

It doesn’t take long to realize that many Galaxy devices that should get the One UI 7 update are missing from the list. That doesn’t mean they won’t get the update. You can check the complete list of One UI 7 eligible devices here.

If the leak is accurate, Galaxy S24 users still need to wait over a month for the stable One UI 7 update. Samsung’s latest foldables, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6, will get the update around the same time as Galaxy S24. The update will then gradually expand to the remaining Galaxy devices.
