A leaked screenshot was recently circulating on the internet, revealing exact details about the upcoming beta releases. Samsung has refuted those rumors by announcing that it still has not finalized when to release the third beta of One UI 7.

The matter started last week when a screenshot of Samsung’s chat support over WhatsApp circulated on the internet. The company’s support staff on the WhatsApp chat revealed the fake beta release dates as follows:
- One UI 7 beta 3 release date: December 23
- One UI 7 beta 4 release date: December 30
These are fake beta release dates. But it’s not known if that screenshot was edited or if it was a mistake made by Samsung’s support staff. Anyway, we now know that these were false information.
When a user asked about it on Samsung’s US community, a beta moderator revealed that beta 3 is indeed on the way, but it isn’t planned to be released on December 23rd, as the leaked screenshot promised. In fact, Samsung is still fine-tuning the software.
Hello,
Thank you all for your active participation and interest in Beta program!
As rumors are floating around for 3rd Beta, we will officially announce the 3rd Beta date once the software is confirmed (and yes, definitely not today). We are still working on the finalization of the software.Â
Again, we appreciate your contribution to Beta program.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team (source)
So now, at least, we know that the third beta is in the pipeline. But it’s currently going through internal testing, and will take additional time before it rolls out to beta testers.
